If you've pre-rented gear from us​,​ you can pick it up at our shop at 9am. We'll provide detailed directions in your confirmation email to make sure you know exactly where to go. This way​,​ you can get your gear and be on your way to your boat adventure without any hassle. We understand that plans can change​,​ which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your rental​,​ simply give us 24 hours notice and we'll provide a full refund. However​,​ we don't offer refunds for bringing gear back early. If you need to cancel​,​ just give us a call and we'll take care of it. If you don't show up​,​ you'll be charged the full price.
