About this adventure and logistics

This six-day program is designed for individuals who are Master Freedivers or have qualifying certifications​,​ are 18 years or older​,​ and have a current CPR​/​first aid instructor certification (optional to add on for an additional fee) and a medical statement signed by a physician within the last 12 months. The program includes a course orientation​,​ instruction on teaching skills and supervision​,​ safety and risk management​,​ freediving physiology and psychology​,​ organizing and marketing​,​ care for the environment​,​ mindfulness and meditation techniques​,​ and three open water sessions and three confined water sessions. Participants will need to bring their own mask and snorkel appropriate for freediving​,​ bi-fins​,​ appropriate exposure protection​,​ safety lanyard​,​ and a freediving computer. Other equipment will be sent upon payment of the course.
