All renters must abide by all laws and regulations according to the Ontario Provincial Police; Failure to do so will result in charges being laid against the credit card holder.
You MUST keep a Minimum safe distance of 100 feet from others at speeds of over 5 kph – it’s the Law.

Late Drop-offs and Pickups will result in a $49.99/ 30 minute charge. A no show will result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeit of your deposit.

All Marinas are No Wake Zones
WetRentals provides insurance that covers Superficial Damage Only.
The renter is responsible for ALL damages to equipment and others property.
All Groups are subject to a $2500 security deposit for Sea-Doos, $5000 for boats and $900 for other equipment. The name on the card must match the name of the booker.
WetRentals can provide a temporary license that is valid for the duration of your rental. Please let us know at checkout that you require this.
The operator, driver must be twenty one (21) or older.
Any passenger, under the age of twenty one (21) is not allowed to rent or drive our Sea-Doos or boats.
What to bring
Bring as little as possible.
We require a valid credit card and driver’s licence in the renter’s name.
You may choose to bring firm fitting sun glasses.
You may choose to bring electronic devices at your discretion. Keep them out of the water.
All Sea-Doos have weight limits. The maximum weight limit riding alone or with a passenger is as follows:
BRP Spark, 450 lbs
BRP GTI, 600 lbs

By placing an order or visiting at WetRentals , you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to buy from us.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be responsibly handled by WetRentals.
Events outside WetRentals control shall be considered force majeure.
The rental price applicable is set from the date on which you rent our equipment.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is stored for damage deposit purposes.
Please note that local charges may occur.
WetRentals reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
WetRentals will not conduct business with the customer if the waiver is not signed.

This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products or services from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order at WetRentals, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at WetRentals for the sale and supply of any products or services. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by WetRentals as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to WetRentals and the Nickadian Inc. companies and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request WetRentals to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the WetRentals Conditions, you agree to the above.
WetRentals has a strict no refund policy within 7 days of your rental. If you must cancel your rental please do so by giving WetRentals more than 7 days notice. By providing more than 7 days notice you will receive a 100% refund.
Events outside WetRentals control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that WetRentals is released from WetRentals obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, epidemics or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Damages To Rentals
WetRentals inspects and documents all rentals prior to delivery. Should any rental have any damage more than reasonable wear and tear will be billed for the repair. WetRentals at its sole discretion will determine what “reasonable wear and tear” is. The estimated costs are as follows:
Late Return Fees – $49.99/ 30 minutes
Lost Safety Kit – $19.99
Lost D.E.S.S or Trailer Key – $89.99
Debris Ingestion (Broken Wear Ring) – $500 to $1000
Debris Ingestion (Broken Impeller) – $1000 to $2500
Damaged PFD – $79.99
Water-Filled Hull – $500 to $2500+
Cracked Hull – $3000 to $5000+
Recovery Charges – $499.99 + $100/ Hour
Loss of Use – $260/ day
Lost LinQ Fuel Caddy – $299.99
Lost LinQ Storage Bin – $249.99
Lost/ Broken Sea-Doo Cover – $399.99
Lost/ Broken Ropes, Bumpers – $49.99 per
In a dispute, an official quote will be obtained by a BRP Inc. authorized repair centre.
All transfers conducted through WetRentals are handled and occurs through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is stored to process damage deposits and final payments. All card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Local Taxes & Fees
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. WetRentals charges a 3% processing, tourism and boat launch fee. This charge is displayed and billed at checkout.
Delivery/ Pickup Policy
WetRentals requires customers to consent to our policy. WetRentals will charge the customer an additional $0.80/ km round trip for pick up and delivery. After WetRentals drops off the rental, WetRentals does not assume responsibility for stolen or lost/ damaged rentals. Customers, MUST specify the specific location for WetRentals to safe drop.
For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged Renter does hereby remiss, release, and forever discharge 12265621 Canada Inc. , 12265621 Canada Inc.’s agents, servants, successors, heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives, of and from all, and all manner of, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, debts, dues, contracts, judgments, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity, which Renter ever had, now has, or which Renter’s heirs, executors, administrators or personal representatives hereafter can, shall, or may have for or by reason of any matter, cause, or thing whatsoever arising out of this Agreement; out of the use (misuse, or abuse) of the Boat; or in any way arising out of the rental relationship between Renter and 12265621 Canada Inc.
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Renter hereby expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 12265621 Canada Inc. , 12265621 Canada Inc. agents, servants, successors, heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives against all suits, actions, claims, demands, or damages that arise out of Renter’s use, misuse or abuse of the Boat.
Assumption of Risk
Renter acknowledges that the activities for which the Boat is designed include inherent dangers, including the risk of bodily injury and/or death to both riders and others. Renter assumes and accepts all risks associated with the use of the Boat. 12265621 Canada Inc. does not carry insurance to cover the renters damages, accidents or negligence. The Renter assumes full risk and liability and will not hold 12265621 Canada Inc. liable. We suggest Renter obtain liability insurance.
Renter agrees and acknowledges that he/she will be the sole authorized operator of the boat, and will use the Boat in a careful, safe and conscientious manner. Renter shall at all times observe and adhere to any rules and guidelines posted by 12265621 Canada Inc. , and any applicable laws or regulations. Renter shall be responsible at all times for the safety of any and all passengers in the Boat.
Renter shall not violate any of the following rules and regulations during his/her operation of the Boat:
i)There is no smoking/vaping while in/on the boat.
ii)There are no alcoholic beverages permitted in/on the Boat. 12265621 Canada Inc. reserves the right to inspect any coolers, bags or other containers belonging to the Renter or any of Renter’s passengers.
iii) There are no pets permitted in/on the Boat
iv) The boat must not leave a 100km radius of drop off point.
v) There is a zero tolerance for any drugs or alcoholic use during a rental.
If at any time 12265621 Canada Inc. determines that Renter has engaged in an unsafe or hazardous use of the Boat, 12265621 Canada Inc. may board the Boat, or otherwise notify the Renter that it is immediately terminating the rental. Upon termination, Renter must return the Boat to the designated docking/return area immediately. If the rental is terminated for unsafe or hazardous use, Renter will not be refunded his/her security deposit. 12265621 Canada Inc. shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether any behaviour or activity is “unsafe or hazardous.”
Condition of Boat upon Return
The Renter shall return the Boat to the designated docking/ return area clean, free of garbage and debris, and in the same condition as it was in when given to Renter, excepting ordinary wear and tear. Renter shall be billed $49.99/ half hour for late drop off. Renter shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Boat during the rental period. 12265621 Canada Inc. shall retain any portion (or all) of Renter’s security deposit as necessary to cover repairs for such damages and loss of use. To the extent that damages to the Boat exceed the amount of the security deposit, Renter shall be billed by 12265621 Canada Inc. for the full amount of damages and loss of use caused by Renter during the rental period, including reasonable attorney’s fees. A Fees and Damages sheet is attached, the Renter agrees they have read and understood the fees, loss of use and damage estimates. Insurance only covers wear and tear.
WetRentals uses multiple tracking devices on all of our boats. These include cellular based trackers, GPS based trackers and accelerometer based trackers. These are used to ensure our assets are secure and within our 100km radius. This information is collected and stored for up to 3 years. This information may be used as proof of damage or used in any case to aid WetRentals in a dispute. WetRentals retains the right to keep this data for up to 3 years.
Fees, Pricing & Checks
The Renter agrees to the price shown above. A $.80 per km charge will be added for deliveries round trip from 12265621 Canada Inc.’s storage after the free 25km delivery. A $2500 damage deposit for Sea-Doos, $5000 damage deposit for boats and $900 damage deposit for other crafts will be billed the day before the rental (the day of at our physical locations). 12265621 Canada Inc. reserves the right to run any background check to verify the identity of the renter. If a credit card is declined for any portion of the rental including a damage deposit, the renter forfeits the right to the rental and will NOT be refunded the booking deposit.
Payment for Service
Payment in full for services must be rendered the day before the rental drop off date. Payment in full is required before any rental goes out at our physical locations
Collection and Use of Personal Information
In-store cameras and audio recording are/is used to assist in loss prevention and to protect the valuable internal and customer belongings while you are in the store.
WetRentals its products and any of its subsidiaries are in no way endorsed, sponsored or affiliated with BRP Inc., Clear Water Kayaks Inc. or any of their subsidiaries. WetRentals is a federally incorporated company with its headquarters in Ottawa, ON.
