In case of cancellations, a full refund is available for tours canceled 72 hours or more prior to the departure date. Bookings canceled within 72 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled for a future date. If weather conditions or safety concerns arise, the tour may be canceled with a full refund provided. Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental.
