Adventure Details
The Tube Shack offers a unique and enjoyable way to river tube down the Cowichan River. They provide a shuttle service for those who have their own tubes and just need a ride back to their car after floating. Participants must check in at the shack before tubing to pick up a wristband required to show the shuttle driver for a ride. The duration of the trip is approximately 2.5 - 3 hours, with the last shuttle pickup at 6:30pm running at least every 10 minutes. FAQs for the adventure include whether bags and coolers can be taken down the river, to which the answer is yes, as items can be tied onto tubes or placed in a swift tube with a bottom. Small dogs are allowed on the bus and can sit on laps, but medium to large dogs are not recommended due to the distance they would have to swim. Shoes are not a requirement for the trip, but wearing them may make the end of the journey more comfortable. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of CAD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
