Guests are advised to check in 30 minutes before departure, as weather forecasts can be unpredictable due to the Pacific Ocean location. Restrictions include no pregnant guests over 6 months, no individuals with back or neck injuries, and no children under 3 years old. A 48-hour cancellation policy is in place, with the possibility of tour cancellation due to bad weather or insufficient travelers. Departing from Puako, the tour offers a barefoot charter experience with calm conditions but a natural motion to the ocean. While sea sickness is rare, guests susceptible to it are advised to take medication beforehand and stay hydrated. Tours with less than 6 passengers are subject to confirmation, with notification given the day prior if the minimum requirement is not met.
